Hello @SHM, yes you can apply anytime for financial aid for the last course, and you can cancel the 7-days trial then continue learning anytime later.
The coursera help article says that the faster we finish, the lesser we pay. 2 months ago 11 February 2020. If you have subscribed, your subscription will not be canceled when you unenroll.
