Once at the bottom, the trail crosses a log bridge and begins heading up Grand Valley.
Continue climbing steadily through the meadows and forests of Grand Valley to finally reach Moose Lake at 4.1 miles.

Three and a half miles from the Obstruction Point Grand Valley Trail is joined by Badger Valley Trail. 6100' to 4750' Obstruction Point Road is Closed for the season. Go South on the Grand Pass Trail, following the signs to Grand Pass, Grand Lake, and Moose Lake.
