Does anyone know the difference in the 4 series and 6 series, and is it worth the price difference?

The image quality and feature set of the 2019 TCL Series 6 TV are very similar to its 2018 predecessor - the TCL R617.
It basically featured no light bleed from anywhere and it is able to produce very deep blacks while maintaining a sharp contrast.
The 2019 5-series will be available this summer in 43", 50", 55" and 65" models starting under $300. As a guy currently using a 42" 1080p Samsung who doesn't usually watch 4k content but wants to upgrade, the Rtings reviews on these confuse me a little. TCL’s Series-6 TV is on the left and the Series-4 is on the right.

Its about $200 more for the each size tv in the 6 series vs the 4. I wasn't pleased with 4k or hdr.
Buying Advice US. On the 55s425 I could barely tell the difference between 4k and 1080p and hdr washed everything out to the point I just turned it off. Initially I bought a tcl 55s425 for gaming and tv use. The TCL 6 Series R617 is much better than the TCL 4 Series S425.
