Riverfront Recapture runs one of the largest and most successful community rowing programs in the Northeast and serves more than 550 rowers from Greater Hartford each year.
Strength and fitness thresholds must be met for one to be invited to this Camp, which is intended to identify athletes with National Team potential. Riverfront Recapture’s Community Rowing Program serves more than 650 people annually and is one of the largest and most successful community rowing programs in New England. All rowers will be taught in single-person rowing shells only. The Riverfront Recapture’s Boys Varsity 4+ Rowing Team had a successful spring season, and team members will have a chance to earn even more accolades when they head to Sarasota-Bradenton, FL, to compete in the 2015 US Rowing Youth National Championships.
